There is so much to learn! This post was my first one that I used a DSLR camera. It's a Nikon D300s w/60mm Nikkor lens. For this post I shot in natural light, but I've been using a lightbox for my new posts....mainly for the finished dish. Good luck with your photos!KEckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10384883465802410213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1401936627856647043.post-43184473832854759062011-08-13T06:05:59.822-07:002011-08-13T06:05:59.822-07:00Hello..I just find out your site..very beautiful p...Hello..I just find out your site..very beautiful pics..I wondering what lens and camera you use for your closed up shots, especially the lighting ..they are so amazing..made my mouth watering...I took some photography classes so i like to experience with food shoots...Thank you and I appreciate that..Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1401936627856647043.post-46222779371176654452011-05-08T01:32:53.702-07:002011-05-08T01:32:53.702-07:00Anon, thanks! I do sometimes get the more organic ones that last only a day or two. I know what you mean about people having an aversion to tofu, it's gotten a really bad rap...lol I sometimes make a Japanese style hamburger style and put half gr beef & half tofu! It makes it alot healthier.KEckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10384883465802410213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1401936627856647043.post-90600477625508409562011-04-26T21:35:53.883-07:002011-04-26T21:35:53.883-07:00Hmmm... The tofu I have bought only lasts a few days before it starts getting a bit stinky so I usually use it the same day as I buy it. Unfortunately my husband doesn't really like tofu so I tend not to cook it so much. I think tofu has a bad reputation among meat lovers because they think they have to choose between tofu or meat. But your post has proved that you can have tofu AND steak for dinner.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1401936627856647043.post-42606124579554056782011-04-26T19:36:50.933-07:002011-04-26T19:36:50.933-07:00Thanks Lisa :o)
